I realized that there are so many excellent Real Estate agents out there that it makes sense for me to work with them instead of vying for the business. Now, don’t get me wrong. I love selling houses. I have pride in being a Realtor.

I do know this.. whoever embraces the Internet will make it through this flat period and come out of it STRONG. I just think we should all do our passions in life and that’s why I’m shifting. My passion is to work with Internet Savvy Real Estate agents that want to make a presence on the net. ( So, let me help )
So, LET’S DISCUSS blogging!

What is blogging? It stands for Web log (Blog). The great thing about blogging is that you can make Internet pages that if done properly, can score high on keyword phrases. What do you get? FREE organic searches to your site!
So, you need to start off on the right foot!. You want to select an awesome username on talk.realtor.com! (Get them before they are taken up!) Do you see mine? my username is: orangecountyrealestate. Grab a username that is specific to the city you want to compete in.

What does this do for you? Let’s say for example, a potential buyer wants to buy Mission Viejo real estate, because your username has the keyword phrase, mission viejo real estate, the url will have it too, and therefore, the Googlebot will like the page because it finds keyword relevancy in your url (domain). (tip of the day)
